The remote work revolution changed everything — except the job boards. They still list salaries as "competitive". They still let employers call a role "flexible" with no accountability. They still make it harder than it needs to be to find work that genuinely fits your life.

Flōk was built to change that. We're a UK-first platform for remote and flexible jobs — with inclusion baked in from day one, salary transparency as a non-negotiable, and a community of job seekers who deserve better than the status quo.

We believe that access to good, flexible work is an equity issue. The people who most need flexibility — carers, people with disabilities, those outside major cities — are also the ones most disadvantaged by opaque listings and inaccessible hiring processes. Flōk is for them too.

Ve has spent 15 years in brand strategy, communications, and content — building functions from scratch, founding national workforce initiatives, and making the case for inclusion in industries that needed to hear it.

Most recently she worked at the forefront of the UK solar sector, co-authoring the EDI in the Workplace Guide and founding Solar Careers UK. She built Flōk because she'd spent too long watching great candidates struggle to find roles that genuinely fit their lives — and great employers struggle to reach them.
