What counts as a listing? +
As many roles as you hire for in a 12-month period. Post, close, repost — there's no limit. You pay once and hire as many times as you need that year.
Will you automatically charge me next year? +
Never. We'll send you a renewal reminder before your year is up, but you choose whether to continue. No auto-charges, no cancellation hoops.
Why do you require salaries to be shown? +
Because hiding salaries wastes everyone's time — including yours. Candidates who apply knowing the salary are more likely to accept an offer. Salary transparency is a core Flōk value and it's non-negotiable.
What's the difference between Standard and Featured? +
Standard gets your roles in front of our full audience. Featured pins your listings to the top of relevant searches and puts you first in job alert emails. If you're hiring regularly, Featured pays for itself fast.
How quickly do listings go live? +
Standard listings are reviewed and published within 24 hours. Featured listings are prioritised and go live within 4 hours — often much faster.
Can I get a refund if it's not working for us? +
We offer a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days if you haven't found what you're looking for. Get in touch and we'll always be reasonable.
